How do I stop receiving text messages?
Reply STOP to any text you received. Your number will be removed immediately — no login required. You can also email us at support@bolts11.com.
Who sent me a text?
Texts sent through Bolts11 come from a phone number registered to a specific trade business (plumber, HVAC company, septic service, etc.). The business name is included in the message. Reply STOP to stop their messages.
How do I sign my trade business up?
Fill out the contact form above or email support@bolts11.com. We'll schedule a demo and walk you through setup. Takes about 10 minutes.
Is there an app I need to download?
Bolts11 is a Progressive Web App. You open bolts11.com in your browser, tap "Install," and it lives on your home screen like any other app — on iOS, Android, or desktop. No App Store, no downloads, no IT. Customers still receive plain SMS reminders; they don't need to install anything.
What businesses does Bolts11 support?
Three editions cover three kinds of business: Lite for solo practitioners and small clinics (doctors, yoga, massage, tutors, barbers); Pro for tradespeople (plumbing, HVAC, sewer & drain, electrical, landscaping, lawn care, painting); and Fleet for multi-crew and large dispatch operations.
